How to download a digital item

Digital items are available in two categories:

  • Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Splicon Cherry, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

  • Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the seller will make to your specifications after you purchase them. Splicon Cherry will send your files to you once they have completed them.

  • Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

  • To access your digital files from your account:

  • Sign in to Splicon Cherry.com and go to Your account.

  • Go to Purchases and reviews.

  • Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

  • You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

  • There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

  • If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

  • When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?

  • The delivery window for made-to-order digital items will vary depending on the Splicon Cherry processing time. Please coordinate with the Splicon Cherry through Splicon Cherry Messages to establish the completion time for your order.

  • To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Purchases and reviews section of your Splicon Cherry account. Items that the seller is still working on are shown as In progress.

  • Once the seller finishes your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and reviews and selecting the Download files button. You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.

  • I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Splicon Cherry account.

  • If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

  • Made-to-order digital items will be sent once the seller has finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the Splicon Cherry directly to discuss how we can send you your files.

  • I’m having trouble downloading my files.

  • If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

  • If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the Splicon Cherry through Splicon Cherry Messages for further assistance.

  • The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

  • If you continue to have trouble, please scroll down to the bottom of this page to contact Splicon Cherry Support.

  • Right to Know: California residents may request disclosure of the specific pieces and/or categories of personal information that the business has collected about them, the categories of sources for that personal information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting the information, the categories of personal information that we have disclosed, and the categories of third parties with which the information was shared.

  • Right to Opt-Out: To the extent that Splicon Cherry “sells” personal information(as that term is defined under the CCPA), California residents are entitled to opt-out of the “sale” of data at any time (see below for more information).

If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your personal information, you can do so via your Splicon Cherry account settings. Alternatively, you can exercise any of the rights above by contacting us by submitting a message through our contact form available in our Help Centre, chat support, or through any other channels available via our Help Centre. Once you contact us to exercise any of your rights, we will confirm receipt of your request.

Limiting use of, or deleting, your personal information may impact features and uses that rely on that information. However, we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights, including otherwise denying you goods or services, providing you with a different level or quality of services, or charging you different prices or rates for services. If you need further assistance, you can contact Splicon Cherry through one of the channels listed below under “Contact.” We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that we may verify your identity before we are able to process any of the requests described in this Section, and in our discretion, deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity. As a part of this process, government or other identification may be required. You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. In order to designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government issued identification, and the authorised agent’s valid government issued identification, and we may verify the authenticity of the request directly with you.

You can find information about consumer requests we received and processed under the CCPA, GDPR, and similar laws, during the previous calendar year here.

If required by law, we will get your permission or give you the opportunity to opt in to or opt out of, as applicable, any new uses of your personal information.
